Internet Cyber Crime Grant (ICCG) Program

The Internet Cyber Crime Grant (ICCG) Program is administered by the Missouri Department of Public Safety, Office of the Director, pursuant to Chapter 650 RSMo, Section 650.120 and House Bill 1672. This program was developed by the State of Missouri in correlation with House Bill 1698, also known as Jessica's Law.
The Internet Cyber Crime Grant Program distributes funding to support a broad range of activities to prevent and control internet cyber crime as it relates to children and to improve public safety. Internet Cyber Crime Grant contracts administered by the Missouri Department of Public Safety are awarded to independently-recognized multi-jurisdictional task forces and local law enforcement agencies through their respective city or county unit of government.
ICCG funds come from Missouri's General Revenue and are subject to legislative appropriation each year.

Eligible Applicants
ICCG contracts can only be awarded to Multi-Jurisdictional Internet Cyber Crime Law Enforcement Task Forces and other law enforcement agencies through their respective city or county.
Purpose Areas
- Salaries of detectives and computer forensic personnel whose focus is investigating Internet Sex Crimes against children including but not limited to enticement of a child, possession or promotion of child pornography
- Training of law enforcement and forensic personnel to also include travel expenses
- Training of prosecuting and circuit attorneys as well as their assistanct prosecuting and circuit attorneys to also include travel expenses
- Equipment directly related to preventing or combating cyber crime activities
- Supplies directly associated with operating a cyber crime task force and its activities
Match Requirement
All ICCG recipients must provide a match of 10% of the total project cost in the form of cash or in-kind donations of personnel, equipment, or supplies/operations.
