Angie Sitzes, Nursing Assistant II at the Cape
Girardeau Veterans Home, has been selected as the January, 2008 Employee
of the Month for the Department of Public Safety. Angie was selected
for this award for her compassion, care, and concern toward the residents,
their families and her coworkers. Angie recognizes that it is
the little things and extra touches that not only brighten the residents’
day, but also build a bridge of “compassion in action” to
providing a loving and caring atmosphere for the veterans, their families,
and employees. |
