Hunt, Senior Office Support Assistant – Keyboarding within the Elevator
and Amusement Ride Safety Unit of the Division of Fire Safety, has been
selected as the April, 2008 Employee of the Month for the Department of
Public Safety. Sherry was selected for this award because of her dedication
to the unit. When Sherry accepted this position in the fall of 2007, she
faced a three month backlog of data entry and similar backlog with invoicing
of elevator operating certificates. To date, the unit is now current in
both categories and her efforts have contributed to an $80,000 growth in
revenue. |
