| Missouri State Water Patrol Officer Frederick Guthrie, Jr. has been selected as the June, 2007 Employee of the Month for the Department of Public Safety. Officer Guthrie was selected for this award for his ability to capitalize on his exceptional interpersonal skills to build excellent working relationships with other agencies and law enforcement officers throughout his primary patrol area (Platte, Buchanan, Andrew, Holt, and Atchison counties). The relationships Officer Guthrie establishes and nurtures not only improves his own effectiveness and efficiency as a Water Patrol Officer, but the effectiveness and efficiency of the Missouri State Water Patrol and the Department of Public Safety as a whole. |
