David was nominated for this recognition award for his exemplary performance as a supervisor for the Higginsville Veterans Cemetery. David can be described as calm, decisive, and knowledgeable. These three attributes of David’s were recently tested to the when an employee suffered a life threatening injury. David assessed the situation, applied appropriate first aid, and assisted the emergency responders. Without David’s immediate attention, the emergency responders stated that the injured employee would probably have died.
