Blunt to Speak at Preparedness
Fair on Capitol, South Lawn Tomorrow
JEFFERSON CITY, September 20, 2005—Over 30 exhibitors
will be participating in a Public Preparedness Fair to celebrate National
Preparedness Month in Missouri on Wednesday, Sept. 21 from 10:30 a.m.
to 3 p.m. on the South Lawn of the Capitol.
Citizens and school children will be able to interact
with more than 30 preparedness displays from State Agencies and volunteer
organizations. Exhibitors will highlight the importance of being prepared
for emergencies in homes, at businesses and in schools.
