Welcome to the Juvenile Justice Program Home Page!

The Juvenile Justice Program is responsible for administering federal grants that help support local juvenile justice and delinquency prevention initiatives. Additionally, grant funds are awarded to local and private agencies for training in juvenile justice, systems improvements, and intervention programs.  Our federal grant funds are made available to us through the U.S. Department of Justice, Bureau of Justice Assistance. To obtain more detailed information about the grants administered by the Juvenile Justice program, click the appropriate link to the left.  On each page, you will find a brief description of the grant, an application packet, and all necessary forms needed to complete an application.

The Juvenile Justice Program is also the designated section within the Missouri Department of Public Safety, Office of the Director, responsible for the on-site monitoring of law enforcement and juvenile facilities, as well as Disproportionate Minority Contact.  For more information about these programs, click the appropriate link to the left.
