Alcohol and Tobacco Control
Employment Opportunities

The Division of Alcohol & Tobacco Control is a non-merit agency with law enforcement, professional, and clerical positions available.  Applications are only accepted for positions that are open for recruitment.  A resume may be submitted with your application but may not be substituted for any portion of the application form.  Accepted applications will remain on file for one year.  If you have an active application on file and are interested in a position that is open for recruitment, it is not necessary to complete a new application unless you have changes in your name, address, or academic/employment history.  However, you will need to contact the Division to reactivate your application.

All applications and/or resumes that are submitted, not in response to a position that is open for recruitment, will be considered inactive.

All applications submitted for a posted position must be in our office (MO Division of Alcohol & Tobacco Control, P.O. Box 837, Jefferson City, MO 65102) by the close of business, 5 p.m., on the closing date for the respective position. Postmarks are not accepted.

Job opportunities with information on the qualifications/requirements will be posted as positions are available.  For further information regarding employment opportunities with the Division of Alcohol & Tobacco Control, you may contact (573) 751-8658 or e-mail Beth Stokes at beth.stokes@dps.mo.gov
